Cancellation Policy

At Aagaman, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, please review our cancellation policy below. 

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email by the person who made the original booking.
• The applicable cancellation charges will be based on the date we receive your written notice. 

Cancellation Fees

A minimum cancellation (processing) fee of INR1,500 applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.

Refund Schedule Based on Notice Period:

Important Notes:

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour, once it has commenced.
• Aagaman is not responsible for cancellations arising from natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
